I am the guy who has to live with it

I am Kyle. I run a real estate company in Georgia, and I write the software it runs on. Not a demo, not a side project — the thing that texts our leads and files our follow-up every working day. When it breaks at seven in the morning, I am the one it wakes up.

There is a second copy of that system running my business partner's brokerage. That one is not mine. Somebody else's business depends on it going out every morning, and my partner can tell me when it is wrong — which, honestly, is the only reason I would trust anybody in my line of work.

That is the whole difference between me and a marketing agency. An agency resells you a platform somebody else built and hopes the support queue is short. I got tired of that arrangement, built my own, and found out how much of what local businesses are sold is a thin wrapper on a tool you could have had for $29.

So I will be straight with you about which parts of this you actually need. Some businesses need a $49 app. Some need a person. A few need something built, and those are the ones I am good for.

What I am good at

Phone and text handling, email that does not get filtered, follow-up that runs itself, and joining systems together that were never meant to talk. Postgres, Temporal, Twilio, Mailgun, ElevenLabs and AWS, if those words mean anything to you. If they do not, that is fine — that is rather the point of hiring someone.

Where I work

Metro Atlanta, mostly. I will happily work with you remotely, but I would rather be able to drive to your shop, and most of my clients would rather that too.

Twenty minutes, no pitch deck

Tell me where leads are falling through. I will tell you what I would build, what it would cost, and whether a cheaper tool would do the job instead.
