Services and pricing
Two things are on offer: I build the system, and then I keep it running. Most of the value is in the second one, which is why the first is priced the way it is.
What it costs
Starting prices. What you actually pay depends on how many numbers, how many locations and how tangled the follow-up is — we work that out on the call.
Build
from $1,500 one-time
I build the system: call handling, text-back, follow-up sequences, and one place to see it all. Yours when it ships.
- Call and text capture
- Follow-up sequences
- Calendar booking
- A dashboard you own
- Two to three weeks
Maintain
from $400 per month
I keep it running and keep changing it as the business changes. Most clients want this; it is the part that compounds.
- Monitoring and alerting
- Copy and sequence changes
- New numbers, new campaigns
- A person who answers
- Cancel any time
Operations
from $2,500 per month
For businesses where the phone is only part of it — multiple locations, a real CRM, reporting the owner actually reads.
- Everything in Maintain
- Multi-location and multi-number
- CRM and pipeline
- Reporting and attribution
- Direct mail if you use it
What a missed call costs
Pick your trade, then read across. The first column is a typical first job, taken from public cost guides; the rest is that number times the leads you lose in a month, times twelve. If you know your own average ticket, use it instead — the arithmetic is the same.

Maintain starts at $400 a month. Look at the second column: for most of those trades, two saved leads a month pay for it, and everything after that is yours. The table also counts only the first job, not the repeat work.
Job values are rounded national averages read on 18 September 2026. The property-management figure is one month of fees on one unit, approximated as ten per cent of the national median rent.
What happens after you book
- Twenty minutes on the phone. You tell me where leads go cold. I ask what happens today when the phone rings and nobody is free.
- A written scope, within two days. What I would build, what it costs, what it does not include. One page, no deck.
- Two to three weeks of building. You see it working before you pay the balance.
- It goes live carefully. Dry run first, then a small slice of real traffic, then everything. Nothing gets armed on a Friday.
- I keep it running. Monthly from there, cancel any time, and you keep the database either way.
